WPM Awarded Management of Oakwood Hills in Mechanicsburg, PA
WPM Real Estate Management assumed management of Oakwood Hills, a 316-unit apartment community in Mechanicsburg, PA, effective July 1, 2025. Located near Messiah University in Upper Allen Township, the property expands WPM’s growing multifamily portfolio and strengthens the company’s presence in Central Pennsylvania.
Built in 2019, Oakwood Hills offers one- and two-bedroom apartment homes with open-concept kitchens, spacious bathrooms, and high-end finishes. Residents enjoy a range of amenities, including a clubhouse, saltwater pool, 24-hour fitness center, picnic area, and scenic walking paths. The pet-friendly community is surrounded by natural greenspaces with views of Yellow Breeches Valley and provides convenient access to Rt. 15, Rt. 581/I-83, and the PA Turnpike.
